Job Consulting Partner Program: Terms and Conditions
Purpose and Use of Platform: 1.1 The ProConsulting platform provided by Job Expert is exclusively for the purpose of career mentorship and guidance. Partners are strictly prohibited from leveraging the platform for personal goals, business promotions, or any purposes not aligned with the mission of ProConsulting.
Data Protection and Confidentiality: 2.1 All information, data, and materials accessed through the ProConsulting platform are confidential. Partners agree not to use, disclose, or distribute any such information for purposes outside of the agreed-upon mentorship sessions. 2.2 Any unauthorized use of client data or proprietary information from the ProConsulting platform will result in immediate termination of the partnership and may lead to legal action.
Payment Terms: 3.1 Payments for mentorship sessions conducted will be disbursed at the end of each month. 3.2 All payments will be made on 1099 tax terms, and it is the responsibility of the partner to comply with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.
International Partners and Payment: 4.1 For partners residing outside the United States, payments will only be made to registered businesses, not to individuals.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds: 5.1 Partners agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and quality in their mentorship sessions. 5.2 In cases where a client is not satisfied with the provided service, partners agree to refund the full session fee to the client.
Non-Solicitation: 6.1 Partners are prohibited from referring or recommending clients to other companies or job opportunities without explicit approval from Job Expert, powered by Knowac IT Services.
Ethical Conduct and Integrity: 7.1 Partners agree to maintain integrity, honesty, and transparency in all interactions with clients. Misleading clients, providing false information, or engaging in any unethical practices is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Laws: 8.1 Partners are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards pertaining to their role as a career mentor.
Termination of Partnership: 9.1 Job Expert reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to the partner.
Governing Law: 10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modification of Terms: 11.1 Job Expert reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the ProConsulting Partner Program following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

No-Show Policy: 13.1 Partners are expected to be punctual and present for all scheduled mentorship sessions. Failure to show up for a session without prior notice and a valid reason will result in the partner not being compensated for that session. Repeated no-show incidents may lead to a review of the partnership and potential termination.
Disciplinary Action and Contract Termination: 14.1 Job Expert reserves the right to cancel the partnership contract immediately in cases of misleading or inappropriate behavior, or any breach of the outlined terms and conditions. Disciplinary actions will be taken seriously to maintain the integrity and reputation of the ProConsulting program.
Part-Time Commitment and Visibility: 15.1 Being a mentor with Job Expert through the ProConsulting program is considered a part-time commitment. 15.2 Partners are required to visibly associate themselves with Job Expert as a mentor on their LinkedIn profiles for the duration of their active participation in the program. 15.3 Removal of the mentor role from your LinkedIn profile without prior notice to and approval from Job Expert will be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
